Binge eating MAJOR problem?!


Question: Binge eating MAJOR problem!?
I have been majorly yo-yo dieting for around 4 months!. I will totally binge for a few days where I just eat literally ANYTHING that I can find!. My mom has thrown out all of the junk food so I just eat anything edible!. Then, the next few days I will almost go anorexic where I eat around 800 calories each day!. I am trying to lose weight but feel totally out of control!. I can't control myself at all!. I went to a counselor and it just seemed to make things worse because she totally didn't get it!.

I totally understand! I've been that way for a long time!. I finally got so entirely frustrated that I was ready to try anything!. Finally, my step-sister said she was going to a hypnotist and she didn't want to go alone, so I went with her!. I saw a hypnotist named Jeff Lynn!. First he does a seminar on how we are actually supposed to eat, and how society has taught us that dieting is good for you, when it is actually very bad!. Eating diet foods causes us to lose weight but gain it all back!. Also, if we stop eating for a while, our body goes into a "famine mode"!. We actually gain a lot of weight when we stop eating because our bodies store all of the fats and things that we have eaten!. Then when we do eat, we don't want to stop and go on binges!. There's so much information, I just can't write it all here!. But his seminar is amazing and absolutely true!. And he uses wake hypnotism so you are totally in control!. It's only $50 to be a lifetime member, so you could get any new info!. Since I did it, I actually LIKE water and I hated it before!. So this thing works wonders!. Get a trainer/nutritionist! You will learn how to eat right for your body and gain confidence when you see the amazing transformation that is really only possible when you have a professional pushing and teaching you!. I have been through this!. It took me some time to get through it, BUT YOU CAN GET THROUGH IT!
If you have your favourite junk foods in moderation, that overpowering urge dies down!. I promise you!.

That's why diets are bad because they lead to obsession, one thinks "wow! if I lost 3 lbs this week imagine how much I could lose in the next two weeks if I just cut out this much or that much" and pretty soon you cut out so much and you become obsessed!.!.

So just stop cutting stuff out! PERIOD! Eat a proper 1200 calories a day at LEAST and that way you can still eat your sweets! As long as it's that many calories! YAy! And if you feel guilty afterwards, JUST EXCERSISE! HOUR JOG! Hope this helps I've struggled with this many times but this is the only way to go

Oh yeah, and you need to learn to control yourself, honestly!. Do not eat overloads of food some days!. If you feel desperate to eat and eat leave the kitchen or leave the home and go out with friends!. ALso, stay motivated to your goals by looking at those favourite pants you wanna fit into in an online store, or something like that!. You can do it if you TRY HARD!
