Is eating in this kind of pattern wrong?!

Question: Is eating in this kind of pattern wrong!?
ok so i eat like a ton one day then don't eat the next then eat normal for a couple of days then eat a ton for two days then don't eat for a day, most of my eating is at night, bad i know but when i add up all my calories for a week its always in my weekly range, but i heard if you over eat for a day its harder to burn of the stored fat from the other day even if you don't eat the next day and burn as many calories as you overate!. Is this o!.k!. or bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
it's called a binge - starve cycle, and it's VERY bad for your body!. not only does it totally mess up your metabolism (which causes you to gain weight), but also hurts your body & your heart!. in other words, it's very very bad for you!. the day after a binge, you should definitely try to eat normal, healthy balanced meals - as an effort to not only repair the day before's intake, but to also help your metabolism get back to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is very bad!. You should eat several small meals throughout the day, everyday!. You should eat everyday unless you are fasting for religious reasons!. You should check with your doctor then!. Yes, eating all at once and at night will make it double hard to burn fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's always good to have a regular or semi-regular eating pattern!. It helps you digest better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Let your body guide you!. Are you getting fat!? If you are fat or getting fat, then eat like a normal person!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
