Question: Is this okay to eat, or is it ruining my diet!?
4 peices of breaded zuchinni with ranch dressing (it's not low fat!.!.don't suggest it either please)!? Will it hurt my dieting for today!?
SO far I've consumed:
1 Glass orange juice
1 Meat lunchable (I'm aware they're unhealthy!.!.but that's what my mom gave me and I had to eat something @ school!.!.I did not eat the kit kat that comes with it)
1 small Cookie
Then I had
3 cookies & broccoli soup (with added cheese & broccoli)
Then after feeling guilty, I went for a 40 -60 min intense jog
-Drank lots of water
Now I'm feeling hungry yet again, I want 4 peices of zuchinni and a bit of ranch dressing to go with them (not much tho!.!.just enough to do some dipping) is this gonna hurt my diet!? I'm am very obsessed with dieting and if there is any chance this wil hurt it I'm not risking it!.

i too was once very obsessed with exercise and eating light!. I would burn about 1000 cals a day and eat 900!. But when you are eating small amounts of food it is better to chose healthy options!. Veggies, fish, fruits, brown rice, water, water, water, breakfast!. Try a veggie sandwhich and salads!. Just keep up the xercise!.

That's not a healthy diet!. You may not be eating a lot, but you are eating really bad!. I would suggest eating more fruits, vegetables, and REAL meats!. Those will keep you full longer than just empty carbs!.
Maybe you should pack your own lunch instead of having your mom do it!. Then you can make healthier choices!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok just to tell u diets dont work lol i feel like weight watchers but nu just need to excersice food is used as fuel the only way u can get fat is wen u stay home on the computer and have no exercise so i think thats LESS then what the human body is supposed a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

No, this will not hurt your "diet"!. But you need to stop and consider what you are doing here!. You said it yourself: You are "very obsessed" with dieting!. If you are smart (and I hope you ARE!) you will talk to your parents about letting you go to a dietitian to help you map out a good healthy diet plan!. You need to set realistic goals!. I know you are anxious to get the weight off, but when you do it in a healthy balanced way, not only will the weight be more likely to stay off, you will feel lots better and have more energy!. Take care of your body in the right way and it will take care of you!. Damage your health to be a lesser weight and what have you accomplished in the long run!?
And be careful in another way!. Obsessing over diet can lead to anorexia and bulimia!. Now you know how "attractive" people are that look like living skeletons!. Is that what you want!? I hope not!
And if you can't afford to see a dietitian, you can find healthy meal plans online if you do a good google search!
