Exercises for growing taller?!


Question: Exercises for growing taller!?
Hi!
Im 13 years old and i want to grow taller!. Im 4'11 and 3/4 inches!. My mom is 5"2' and my dad is 5"7'!. Does anyone know anything that will help me grow!?

by doing yoga i incresed my height by 2 cms

Jumping, cycling, swimming, running, pull-ups, skipping or jumping rope and participating in games like volley ball and foot ball are some good exercises to grow taller!.

Adequate sound sleep also helps to improve height!.

Eating healthy and nutritionally balanced food for the development of muscle and for strong bones is also important to grow tall!.

There are no exercises that will directly help you grow taller!. Being a healthy and strong individual, however, will promote overall growth!. Don't worry about your height! The average height for a woman in the US is only around 5'3"!. You will probably grow taller as you mature!. From personal experience, I was not as tall as I am now (at 22) at 13!. Give yourself a chance to grow up!.

You can always schedule an appointment with your doctor to make sure you're eating healthy and exercising enough!. He or she will be able to tell you if you're progressing normally for a person of your gender and age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
