Why am i not hungrey please help?!


Question: Why am i not hungrey please help!?
I haven't been hungry in like forever its been like 6 weeks since i've been really hunger but since like 3 days ago i've been really not wanting to eat at all i don't know whats causing this but i've been exercising and doing things that used to make me really hungry and know it doesn't and every one is always telling me to eat what should i do!. I'm 16 i've looked up different things on the Internet but i'm fine with my weight and everything so i don't understand!. Also do u know any good abb exercises or any other good exercises Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body has something wrong with it!.

not being hungry could be a result of a lack of sleep, eating bad foods, not eating enough of a balanced diet, etc!.

Do this:

1) eat hot peppers to speed metabolism!.

2) get 9 hours of sleep a night!.

3) Eat a big breakfast- force yourself to eat a couple eggs and healthy cereal with whole milk!.

4) When you exercise, make sure you vary it up!. You must have muscle on you, in order to burn calories; if you are a stick, you won't be hungry, unfortunately!.

5) So to vary it up, lift weights about reps of 15-20, along with sports, running long distances, middle, and sprints, and plyometrics!.

6) Chew your food better, and longer!. This will, even if it doesn't make you eat more, will give your body more energy from the food you DO eat- so it's like you're eating more, in terms of energy and nutrition!.

7) Drink enough water! Don't drink TOO much, but MAKE SURE you're not dehydrated, ever!

8) Don't eat any fast food, junk food, microwaved food, artificial food, candy, soda, ice cream, artificial sweeteners, etc!. This will either stimulate metabolism- or at least give you nutrition from what you do eat!.

9) If all else fails, get on the floor and pray to God Almighty that he might speed up your metabolism for you, and help you eat more!. (Don't laugh, God has helped me on many occasions when nothing else could!. It's at least worth a try!. If you are too stubborn for this, then do you really deserve to be helped!.!.!.!?)

sit-ups
roman chair sit-ups
medicine ball sit-ups, and twisting to work obliques
crunches
oblique crunches
bicycles
"the plank" elbows and toes
leg raise 6" and hold; then 45 degrees and hold; then 6"; keep going!.
knee raises (with elbows resting on captain's chair)
pike sit-ups
lay on back, put feet straight up in the air, and do toe touches
sideways extensions
back extensions
