What to have next(breakfast)?!
Question: What to have next(breakfast)!?
Hi! Im really trying to watch my weight and what i eat, and i was wondering what i should have next for my breakfast!. I have just eaten a weight watchers 100 cal yogurt, Should i have;
A) Oatmeal(its diet or something, and about 160 cal)
B) A medium sized bowl of Kashi go lean, Kashi heart to heart and cheerios mix of cereal!.
C)2 pieces of toast(90 cal altogether) With sugar free jelly
D) The same thing as C but with smart balance peanut butter!.
Please help me in choosing the best choice for breakfast!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I say toast and peanut butter, lots of protein in it to keep you going all day and you mite want to try a peanut butter and bananas smoothie, sounds weird taste really good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
What ever your feel like eating!. Doesn't really matter!. They all sound pretty good!. Is the toast wheat though!?
