Hi!.!.!.sorry your probably thinking these kind of questions pour in everday!.!.!.seriously we like to look good that why we ask and need your help!.!.!.Okay I have a school reunion, im at uni and I just dont want to show up lookin sh!t faced and overwieght!.!.!.i am 5ft 3 and wiegh 63Kg!.!.!.I know its like whoa!.!.!.but please tell me is there a diet plan or pills or something i can do to lose wieght!.!.!.!.I want to drop maybe 2 jean sizes im currently size 10!.!.!.THANKS ALOT I OWE YOU GUYS ONE!Www@Answer-Health@Com

pills dont work hun but try this it really worked for me!.
i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height!. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time!. ( i know the machines aren't that accurate)!.
My daily diet is ;
Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines!. (300 calories ish)
Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
Snack; will bar (213 calories)
Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories!. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles!.
Dessert; 250 calories!.!.maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea!.

I don't know when your reunion is but don't expect to lose that much weight that fast!.
The only proven way to lose weight is through diet and exercise!. DIETS don't work!. You have to make a complete lifestyle change or you will just revert!. So get into a healthy exercise regiment (if you don't have access to fancy equipment try to walk and/or jog 1 hour a day) And don't eat junk!. Fill up on fruits veggies lean protein (chicken or fish) whole grains and lean dairy!.
