Walking non stop for 10 hours....?!

Well, it depends on the speed!. For example, if you're walking around a job at a leisurely pace that would be far less than if you were walking fast and continuously for 10 hours!. Either way, you'll burn tons more than if you were sitting all day, which is what most people do!. I'd say a leisure walk (such as working at a fast food restaurant or retail store) for 10 hours would burn somewhere in the neighborhood of 500-800 calories but that's an educated guess!.!.!.

Man, why are you walking for 10 HOURS! I biked 20 miles one day (on my bf's whim) and about killed myself, and couldn't walk straight for 2 days, and that didn't take 10 hours!. Good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did that once and boy was i tired at the end of it and almost couldnt do anything for the rest of that day or the next!.!.wow its a long walk!.
