,sorry i just wanted to try and get your attention,since anyone hardly answers my questions,ahhaa!.

anyways,what's an effective way to get rid of belly fat and get a flat stomach!?

please don't recommend any type of diets(i mean i'll try to eat healthier,but i eat whatever my mom cooks),or any of those books,cause i'm not gonna go out and spend my money on something that i can do for free!.

just like simple exercises,and how long should i do it for!?

To lose fat, sit ups and crunches do not help AT ALL! Firstly to lose fat you must increase your metabolism!. To increase it you must drink plenty of water!.
