Walking or Work out videos or a combination of both!.!.!. I'm on weight watcher i lost 15 pounds without any exercise!. I wanna start doing exercise which is better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am so glad u asked this!. yes exercise does help!. walking is a good start but you don't have to all the time!. i'm on a no carb diet at the moment it's been 5 weeks and i have lost nearly 22lbs!. i even tried on my old dress last night and it fits me all the way!.its a size 12!. so if you do that,that may help aswell!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, congrats on your weight loss!. I lost 85 pounds on WW five years ago! It's a good program, isn't it!? Definitely do the combination!. To keep your metabolism strong you want to keep it guessing!. Activities that use the large leg muscles burn the most calories!. These activities also tone the lower body quite effectively!. Think in terms of:
Power walking, jogging, biking, skating, swimming laps, jumping rope, dancing, and jumping jacks!.

What is better to lose weight is actually to go vegan and i am completly serious!. Weight Watcher doesn't do anything!. You need to eat more vegetables and strengthen your body with at least 45 minutes to an hour of working out everyday!. Maybe you can start a sport!. Tennis or soccor would be great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all CONGRATULATIONS for losing 15 lbs!! I was on Weight Watchers for 6 months and I lost 40 lbs!. I walked, did videos and ran as much as I could!. I think it depends on your body, but your body needs a bit of change or you will hit a wall!. Maybe try walking monday and wednesday and then do the videos on tues and thurs, then on the weekend try to be more active in whatever you do!. Take your dog to the park, park your car far away from the store and walk!.!.losing weight is tough and I wish you a ton of luck!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking probably, jogging if possible, work out videos can be good for some people but after a while they'll get boring and you'll stop doing them, if you walk somewhere and talk to people you're keeping up a social life too instead of being cooped up at home, plus if you walk somewhere and get bored you still have to walk back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because if you work out at home, you can stop whenever you want to and be lazy

but if you go jogging/walking outside!.
No matter how far you go, you will always have to come back home!. So you can never just stop whenever you want to!. There's always the walk back home :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
