What's the best duration of a workout to lose weight?!


Question: What's the best duration of a workout to lose weight!?
Let's say you are going to work out for an hour in one day!. Is it better to workout for 1 hour straight, or 2 sessions at 30 minutes, or 3 sessions at 20 minutes, etc!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

2 high intensity/interval training 30 minute workouts will be better than 1 moderate intensity 1 hour workout!. It is all about intensity and interval training!. That being said, just keep getting out there and exercising, whether you do an hour straight or break it up, that is the most important thing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Between those options, it doesn't really matter!. If you're more comfortable doing two 30-minute sessions, have at it!. It may prove beneficial if you get too tired to do an hour-long workout!.
