Question: Is this a good amount of food on a game day!?
i have 2 baseball games later!. i am trying to lose weight and don't know how many calories to eat on days i have games!. im 14 5'11 bout 185

hotcakes from McDonald's, no butter, lil syrup, some muffin not much!.

lunch 1 taquito, 2 slices bologna on bread, nutrigrain bar,

snack, small soft pretzel, apple, 1 cookie

dinner protein bar

i calculated about 1,700 calories!. is that enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Given your age, and knowing that you are obviously active with sports, you probably have enough calories there, but there are a lot of empty calories!. Skip the cookie, eat another apple, or an orange!. Skip the bologna, eat protein full trukey or chicken!. Use wheat bread, skip the grease filled taquito, eat some fajitas in a wheat tortilla!. Skip the protein bar and eat a meal replacement bar that will give you all the nutrients of a full meal and not just a boost of protein!. McDonalds!? Pass on MickeyDs and pick up a bowl of fruit and a bagel for a fulfilling meal without all the preservatives and sugar in pancakes and syrup!. you are better off with more protein; read the labels and go with anything 30 grams of carb or less per meal!.
