okay!. soo im 13 and on a diet!. and planning to lose about 2 kgs in one week!!? if i do lose these 2 kgs!. would you be able to tell or not!?

Depends on your current weight, daily fluctuation could be 2kg and you wouldn't be able to tell!. You can not spot reduce weight, it is not possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
hi!.!.!.!.!. its really not posssible to lose weight of 2kgs in a week but surely possible if you workout for a month!.!.!.!.!.losing 2kgs a week is a myth, if you do with artficial ways(drugs or machines) it will harm u more then doing good!.!.!.!.!.even if you do lose weight it will be only your water content or rarely but muscle mass too(seriuos issue)!.!.!.!.!.!.
when u do any kind of aerobic workouts more than half an hour fourty minutes then you start losing your fat content!.!.!.
do some basic stretches and do aerobic workout(jog,walk,cycling,swimming) more than half an hour and for stomach ,do some abdominal crunches which i guess you can find in google search or any search !.!.!.good luck!.!.!.!.
