How do u keep motivated to be on a diet and exercise regimen?!


Question: How do u keep motivated to be on a diet and exercise regimen!?
when i start to think about dieting i sort of get scared or something and i start to eat and eat, and when i start to exercise i stop moving all together once i start to see results, i know that i am sabotaging myself, i need to know how not to, and how to stick to it, i know i can do it, but i find there is something holding me back!.

32yrs old, 283lbs, just had a baby 12weeks ago, breastfeeding, i have time, just need motivation or something, please help, (only constructive help please, i know i am fat etc, no comments please)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it's a hard thing!. I had to be mentally ready!. Once I was I had to create a doable plan and then make sticking to it a priority!. It helped that my husband decided to join me thus giving me both an exercise and diet buddy!. Treat it as something you are doing for yourself!. You wouldn't dream of not feeding your baby, don't make excuses to not exercise!. There will always be reasons not to go, but you are more important than most of those reasons!. Work out at least 3 times a week and I'd really recommend 5!. Good luck!.

I think the key is to vary both your diet and exercise routine to keep both you and your body interested and responsive!. There is a good book available at http://www!.getdietanswers!.com which has a section on ideas to vary your routine, and it's free!.
