Everyday bodybuilder food?!


Question: Everyday bodybuilder food!?
So how do you everyday menus look like!?
What do you eat and about what time!?

I find it interesting to see if everyone eats pretty much the same things at the same times/situations or if its completely different!?

Breakfast:
4 egg whites, 1 portion oatmeal, 30g whey protein!.!.!.!.!.

(2 hours ) After 1 hour cardio :
Lunch:
(3 hours) After 2 hour intense workout :
Dinner:
Midnight restock (or something xD):

Something like that, but come up with your own design if you think it gives better detail :)Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Depends on bulking or cutting!.

This is what i eat for bulking

Meal 1-Protein cereal,Milk,Banana

Meal 2-Protein Shake(Syntha 6)

Meal 3-Brown rice,Vegies,Meat

Pre-workout-Nano vapor

Post workout-Syntha 6

Meal 4-Same as meal 3

Meal 5-Whole grain bread,Peanut butter

Thats about it all adds upto to 3500 cals

This is my cutting diet

Meal 1-Protein cereal,1 canned tuna

Pre-workout-Nano-Vapor

Meal 2-Syntha 6 protein+ Milk,Post-Workout

Meal 3-1 whole grain bread,10 oz chicken

Meal 4-Syntha 6 protein+Milk

Meal 5-1 whole grain bread,10 oz chicken

Meal 6-1 can tuna

Breakfast:
Two portions of oat bran with one portion of yogurt, two tablespoons of brown sugar and half a cup of skim milk, topped off with an apple!.

20 minutes cardio and 55 minutes lifting weights

Snack:
350ml of 1% milk with one tablespoon of dextrose and 40 grams of soy protein

Lunch:
Three servings (100g each) of lean meat, high protein bagel and and 40 grams of soy protein

Snack:
Same as breakfast, but replace sugar with splenda and eat one portion of lean meat

25 minutes working abs, forearms or calfs

Snack:
Milk and fruit

Dinner:
Two servings of lean meat, one serving of grains and two servings of vegetables

Martial arts for 45 minutes

Snack: Same as breakfast

It is about 2800 calories, but my metabolism is not very fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
