I wanna look really slim, what should I eat?!


Question: I wanna look really slim, what should I eat!?
I weigh 118lb and im 5ft4, and look HUGE!.
What sorta food should I eat to get to 100lbs!?
I already excersise lots just need food advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ignore the person who said eat nothing!. i doubt you look 'huge' considering you are within the recommended weight for your height but if you feel that way then!.!.!.
breakfast is a must, try oatmeal- yeah i know its not the nicest brekkie but it fills you up longer and is really good for you!. just get instant oats and use either soy milk, skimmed milk or water to make it and add some kind of fruit to it ie!. apple or berries!. it will keep you full until your next meal
lunch- go for something like a chicken, egg white or turkey sandwich on wholewheat bread
dinner- have a large chicken salad, soup and bread, veg stir fry or a weight watchers light frozen meal!.
snacks- peppers, apples, oranges,melon, low fat yogurt and berries, skinny cow ice cream, sugar free jelly, rice cakes ( avoid caramel and chocolate flavored ones),toast, cottage cheese and so on!.
drinks- black coffee os great for a boost if your doing alot of exercise but limit yourself to 3 cups a day
water- 0 calories and 100% needed by your body
avoid energy drinks and smoothies, they claim to be healthy but are packed with sugar!.
