Question: Losing FAT, not WEIGHT question!?
Alright, so I'm 15 years old, I run crosscountry, around a 6:20 mile, and can run 3 miles uphill in 21 milutes!. My heartrate is 55bpm!. I'm fairly strong as well!. I'm 5'5-5'6, and weigh 143 pounds!. BUT I have fat on my stomach, and lovehandles, and chest area (some)!. I'm fairly fit, and i'm reasonably strong as well!. I honestly don't get enough sleep sometimes, maybe 6-7 hours!. I used to be 172 pounds and a BIG boy!. I'm Middle Eastern if that matters!. I dont eat chocolate or candy!. In crosscountry, which is right after school, i run around 4 miles a day, 5 days a week (no weight training before the run)!. I need a meal plan, and a good explanation for why im not thin yet please!. The meal plan is basically what I should eat exactly for the next X days/months!.
