Question: I'm so confused is this an eating disorder!.!.!.!.!?
If somebody was scared of choking so they didn't put anything past their mouth other than water for fear that anything else (yes even other liquids) would choke them to death!. Now know that in itself is not anorexia even though the person was very underweight to the point of hospitalization but after treatment during the recovery of the choking phobia the person says "I won't eat i will gain weight and become fat" well does that mean the person has been anorexic all along but it hasn't been noticed because off the choking fear!?

it may not seem like it but its not Anorexia!. Its OCD!. but it CAN very easily turn into anorexia without some help!. Please get some help with this before it getss too bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like that person would have an "overactive gag reflex" and there are muscle relaxers that can be prescribed to make it easier to swallow food and liquids!.
