Question: Did I eat healthy today!? Quick points, helpp !!!?
Okay here's what I ate!.
Breakfast- 1 cup for 140 cal kashi go lean cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk, 4 inch banana (200 cal for cereal, 80 cal for banana)

Snack- 90 cal granola bar

Lunch-3 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken (110 cal), medium plain baked potato about 4-4!.5 inch long (250 cal!?), one pear (80 cal), a handful of teddy grahams (100 cal!?)

Snack-7 pretzel nuggets (40 cal)

Dinner-chunk light tuna sandiwch on light wheat bread (170 cal), fiber selects wheat crackers (130 cal), fat free yogurt (100 cal), small plum (30 cal), diet miss swiss hot chocolate (25 cal)

so in all I have ate 1400 calories!.
that is so much!.

but before dinner I ran 3 miles in 28 minutes, some strength training (arms, hips, back), 150 crunches all ways!.
and im giong to do 20 minutes of pilates later!.

should I run another mile!?

because i normally only eat 1200 calories!.
and i ate like 1500 calories yesterday!. gosh I dont know how it got to beso much! help me out please!.

what should I do

you are really, really, obsessive!. Nobody measures their sanwitches or calculates the calories in a plum!. You shouldnt even care at 5'5 and 113 lbs!. And your 17, shouldnt you weigh more than that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
