This will sound ridiculous but you should be up for alternatives!.
Get a trashbag, cut it into the shape of a sleeve, and wrap it around your arm!. Make sure the plastic sticks neatly around your arm!.

Work out (indoors, you seem somewhat insecure of yourself), and use something similar to the weight of two water bottles in your hands, and lift them!. The fat in your arms will buffer, and it will cease to "jiggle" as you say!. And you are also sweating the fat away, twice as much since the plastic that sticks to your skin practically sheds gallons of sweat off!. But don't forget to lift something while you exercise!!

After a 20 or 30 minute workout, remove the plastic from your arms!. The sweat will flow down, and it will definitely be a LOT!.

After a few weeks of doing this, your arms will start to feel thinner and buffer!.

I hope this works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wait until you get arm flap!. It is inevitable!. I thought it wasn't until my exercise teacher, who teaches a full day and does everything with us, and has taught for years had arm wiggle and a little flap!.

Just keep exercising the muscles in the back of your arm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
