Im, way to skinny!Help!! I weigh 64 pounds and im in the 6th grade everybody makes fun of me!. What should i Do!?!!?!!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

School can be so cruel!.!.!. they tease kids for being fat, then too skinny, then too short, then too tall!.!.!.!. it's so unfair!!
You are probably just lanky because you have had a growth spurt and you are using energy to gain height instead of weight!. As you go through puberty you should fill out a bit more and gain a bit more weight!.
Don't be too hard on yourself!.!.!. there are thousands of kids out there who are overweight (it's an epidemic) and need to lose weight for their health sake!. At least you aren't in that category!.
Just eat proper meals (don't just pick at food) and you will be fine!.

I'm in ninth grade and I weigh 69!. It all depends on your height!. If you're short like me (4'9), then you are probably fine!. Skinny, but not necessarily unhealthy!. This is something you want to ask your doctor about!. If you do need to gain weight, try to get the extra calories from healthy things (nuts, avocado, dark chocolate, dairy, etc)!. Don't turn down the occasional treat though, everyone needs one of those!. Good luck, I'm sure you are fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try eating more but eat as healthy as possible, you should also lift weights and do strength training to build muslce, you don't want to be bulky but lean and toned!. Plus they shouldn't laugh at you they're probably a bunch or jealous fatties!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Always eat healthy!. I am in high school and I weigh 89 pounds!. You are perfectly fine!. Eat more Carbohydrates, like mashed potatoes, bread, and pasta!.

eat junk every once in a while but mostly FRUITS natures candy (they have sugar and fat thats not harmfull) and exersise less and lift weightsWww@Answer-Health@Com
