Question: Do i bench/squat good for my age and weight!?
Age: 15 as of september 2nd
Weight:155
Max bench:195lbs(raw bench)
Max squat: 215x9

I just wanted to know how much everyone else is doing : )

I'm 18 When I was 15(soph)right!?
I weighed 130
And benched 235
But my my squat max was 205 lol I was all upper body

I would say you are benching and squatting too much for your age!. you still need to grow and heavy lifting can stunt your growth!. Either way you are benching and squatting very well for your age to answer your question!. I did not reach 195 bench until 17!.

with benching!.!.if you can bench more than 20 to 30 pounds over your weight you are doing pretty good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
