Question: I'm 13 and fat how do i lose weight!?
ok, i've been slowly gaining weight for the past 3 yearsi recently went to the doctors and found out that i was a few pounds from being obese i'm only 5ft and almost 14 years old and
weigh 138Ibs i hate how i look and i need help please tell me how!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well simply exercise, its more fun if you join a dance class! with everyone just like you trying to lose weight! and you will definitely feel more motivated because since you paid for the class it is mandatory!
results won't show right away but keep working on it! and you will definitely get there!

don't give up too soon, because as teens, infact for someone as young as you your metabolism is a furnace that is actually trying it's hardest to lose weight!, eat healthier, don't starve (because your body will take that simple response to store as much fat as it possibly can!) and do reasonable exercise! (that dance class!) and try walking for thirty minutes outside while listening to a podcast about weight loss!

Before you can lose weight you've got to understand why you gained it in the first place!. Understand that the foods you're eating are unhealthy, loaded with fats and sugars and no nutrients!. It doesn't really matter how much you eat as long as you're eating only healthy foods!. If you eat a lot of fruits and veggies throughout the day and stick with lean meats, whole grains, and avoid processed and fast foods you can eat all day and not gain weight!. You've got to be exercising though!. Every day!. A kid your age needs to exercise two hours a day every day!. This means walking, playing ball, martial arts, dance, mowing the lawn, running, tennis, swimming, yoga, washing cars, walking dogs, raking leaves, jumping rope, lifting weights, riding a bike, doing floor exercises like sit-ups and push-ups!.
Sounds like hard work, but it'll be harder still if you don't have support at home and at school!. Your parents are responsible for your health and it sounds as if they've been neglecting your medical needs!. Your parents should be meeting with your doctor and a counselor!. They need to check to see what kinds of activities are available for you!. They need to get you signed up for swimming, tennis, karate, etc!. And the other person you need to connect with is a gym coach at your school, YMCA or local parks and rec!. The coach should help teach you exercises to do, hook you up with a support group or a partner to exercise with!. The coach should also know what programs are availabel to help overweight youth!. There are also programs in your community to help families with nutrition that will help you ensure that you are eating properly!. The better you eat and the more active you are the more energy you will have!. You will feel better about yourself and your abilities and you will feel yourself becoming healthier!. Exercise and diet is obviously the best way to lose weight but maybe you should also try and figure out WHY you've been gaining weight!? I've been struggling with my weight for the last few years as well but that's because i comfort eat and i realised that until i learnt to deal with issues another way i'd always be a yo yo dieter!! Whatever you do, don't do any of those stupid crash diets where you starve yourself!. You're young and you need to eat healthy to develop properly!. Also, if you crash diet you'll just end up putting it all back on again!. Go see your doctor again and ask him for advice!. Perhaps he can refer you to a nutritionist!. Maybe you just need to learn how to eat a bit more healthily, but exercise is definitly a good thing!. Aim for at least 30minutes of brisk walking everyday!. If you do that you can eat a good 2000-2500 calories a day without gaining weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not going to type an essay, but you should really find reasonable food to eat, and treat yourself, go for walks twice a day and jog when you lose a bit more weight, that will slowly but nicely without leaving behind baggage bring you to a stronger thinner you!.

Take regular exercise sufficiently, so as to burn more calories of energy, than its intake!.

Drink two tumblers of water on rising from the bed, and in a day drink at least three litres of it!.

One third of your food should be salad!. It fills the stomach and gives less calories of energy!.

Avoid potatoes, nuts, cream, ghee, sweets, fried food, and dairy products!.

You are going to have to exercise and watch what you eat!. I kept a food diary (www!.fitday!.com) when I first started because I didn't believe I was eating too much!. Limit your sugar and snacks!. Plan ahead of what you are going to eat!. Talk to your parents and get their support!. It is so hard when you friends and family eat junk in front of you!. You have to stay strong!. Remember Moderation!. Don't deprive yourself but you don't need to indulge either!. Start walking, running or sports!. There is lots of ideas for exercises on iTunes, internet and Fitness magazine (women's health, fitness,shape)!.

You are still young and short so you may shoot up and even out a bit!. If you are still worried about your figure eat more healthily, drink lots of water and exercise regularly!.
