Question: Is it bad for you to work-out in the mornings!? !?
If I work out in the morning, it usually feels like im going to vomit or im dying!. That cant be good right!? I can work out in the evening with ease!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a great idea for blokes to workout in the morning!
Probably the best time!.
Our testosterone levels are at their highest for the few hours after we wake up, so training in this time will give your body the best chance of building muscle or losing weight, whichever is your goal!.
I think you might be feeling sick because you may not be eating enough before your workout!.
Try to drink a bottle of water as soon as you wakeup as this will replenish the water levels in your body and you wont feel dehydrated!.
Also have a good breakfast full of slow burning carbohydrates, like oats or something!.
And have a glass of juice with your breakfast because this will help replenish your glycogen levels for the day and will give you the energy needed for the workout ahead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its all personal preference!. But to answer your question, it's not bad to work out in the mornings!. Just do a warm up first, like a light jog for 5-10 minutes, and do some stretching!. Then start your workout!. And make sure you eat a little something before!. Maybe like a banana and a piece of toast with peanut butter!. You need food for fuel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no its actually good!. speeds up your metabolism for the day!.

maybe you just arent a morning person!. or maybe your body isnt ready for that amount of exercise!. if you feel tht bad, just work out at night
