Question: Are you supposed to exercise or eat first in the mornings!?
so i hear your supposed to eat a healthy breakfast as soon as you wake up to help your metabolism, but i also hear the best time to exersise is when you first wake up!. which one are you supposed to do first!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Always make sure to eat first!. If you exercise with no food in your stomach you are less likely to burn fat, and your metabolism is less likely to increase!. Exercising on an empty stomache is actually very unhealthy because your body has no place to get it's energy from!. Therefore, you can't exert as much effort and it is very likey that you may pass out!.

I suggest eat a healthy breakfast and wait about an hour to work out!.
