What age should you take like protein powder and things?!


Question: What age should you take like protein powder and things!?
Hey im 15 years old and i want to start putting on more muscle, at the moment i am pretty well built with a nicley tonned body but i want to be a little bit more well built because im like pretty "lanky" as you call it and i want to bulk up alot!. I was thinking of taking protein power or suppliments or whateva u wanna call it, but is the age of 15 ok to take it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea im 15 doc told me i can im bulking too but make sure ur eating healthy and alot or u wont gain supplements alone wont get u huge workout 3-4x a week get a good plan going when i say workout i mean lift weights i eat 2800cals a day i try to if not more u can take it i recommend whey protein as a supplement protien bars and then food egg whites cottage cheese turkey chicken steaks lean lean hamburgers whole grain bread brown rice kashi products are great nuts avacados olive oil olives peanut butter fruits veges!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im not really sure if 15 is to early to take protien supplements but if you do start taking it i recomend nitro tech and cell tech!. I've taking all kinds of protien supplements and nitro tech is by far the best thing to make you bigger and cell tech is kinda like creatine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
