Question: I run 15 minutes a day at 7 mph, and burn about 250 calories for about 5 times a week!.!?

I would reduce the speed and lengthen the time!. Your cardio routine is an excellent start, but needs a little reform!. Five times a week is an excellent amount of time during the week to perform also!.
