How can i build more muscle?!


Question: How can i build more muscle!?
I try workout plans and stuff but I hate my body im small and I do lift weights every day and do like 500 crunches and i take protein powder sometimes!.!. how ccan i grow im only 14!.!. i do lots of cardio and stuff wtih my fightingWww@Answer-Health@Com

how much do you eat!? that just might be your problem!.!.!.and take whey every time you workout!.!.!.go to sams club(if you have one by you) and buy the 6 pound bag of whey for 30 bucks!.!.lasts me 2-3 weeks lol to answer your fighting thing
i really dont know much about fighting!.!.!.the only fighting ive done is when ive gotten jumped and a few times with random people and when i feel like being violent(i live in the hood i can pick a fight with whoever whenever)!.!.!.i cant tell you how to hit harder cuz idk!.!.!.i just think its all just pure power!.!.!.course then again i have no idea!.!.!.ive just noticed the bigger i get the harder i can hit someone cuz of the force i got backing it up if that makes sense!.!.!.i knocked this kid out cold 2 weeks ago cuz he tried to steal my bike right in front of me i ran after him threw him off my bike made him stand up and hit him in his nose and he was unconscious!.!.!.i literally hit this kid and he flew back a few feet onto the ground it was crazy!.!.!.i could never do that before!.!.!. lol
and cardio should be out of your life!.!.!.least to what you can control!.!.!.i kinda have to since i gotta ride a bike everywhere!.!.!.but man you gotta eat and be lazy to get bigger
size comes with rest and food!.!.o and a good plan to lol lift heavy heavy heavy
and take out the crunches!.!.!.you should just do abs once a week!.!.!.hope i answered your question!.!.!.and it made sense!.!.!.im kinda out of it lol

first of all their are three different male body forms first is small then theirs medium and then the large small guys have trouble building muscle but obviously are faster etc (you) mostly luckily unless I'll still grow medium is a mx and large is a fast muscle building body shape mr point is I'll probably never be a huge 200 pound muscled guy and working out incessantly wont help if u want stay in shape for ur age you will want to do a lot of cardio and also simple weight lifting focus on ur shoulders legs and triceps sit ups crunches are also good since almost ne work out routine involves bicep use arm curls are almostirrelevantt also our gym teacher will probably set you up with a work outschedulel that would suit you wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

There's a reason why there are weight classes for fighters!. You're not supposed to be able to compete with people 40 pounds heavier!. If you woke up tomorrow 40 pounds heavier, there would be people 40 pounds heavier than that and you'd be in the same frame of mind!.

Time is the only thing that's gonna help you grow!. Don't be so anxious to rush things!. I was small too at 14!.!.!.5'1, 100lbs!. By the time i was 17 I was 6'0!. Get plenty of sleep every night, at least 8 hours!. This is important at your age!.

well you can get bigger only way is to eat excess cals aim for 2800-3000cals a day split up between 5-7 meals and eat clean healthy stuff high protien good carbs make a 40 40 20 split so 40% carbs 40% protein 20% fat oh and LIFT HEAVY 4x a week do
mon chest tris
tues rest
wed!. back bi's
thurs legs abs
fri rest
sat!. or sun one a rest day one a shoulder traps day
