I want to build muscle?!


Question: I want to build muscle!?
i am about 130 pounds, i would like to find what meals to eat, the best type of foods and any supplements!. i am a slim frame and am looking to put on a couple of stone, currently 9!.5 stone i would like to get to 11-12 stone!. and how often should i hit the gym!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just remember what ever you do always go natural no chemicals!. Your health is more important!. A free weight program in the gym will put on muscle which weighs more then fat!. That is why when you see an athlete and he looks to be in great shape and he is like 6ft and 230lbs!. That athlete probably is much more muscle then fat!. So I suggest for you is to go on line and find a good bodybuilding diet to follow and like I said use free weights and here I would suggest a trainer for a little while to see what works best for you!. If you don't want to build big muscles use the weight machines more and less free weights!. Remember always check with you Dr!. before starting any exercise program!. Good luck!.
