What is creatine? I am thinking about taking it.?!
Question: What is creatine!? I am thinking about taking it!.!?
Answers:
Its a compound that increases water retention in your muscle!. So your muscles looks a little bigger!.
While increasing water retention it also increases ability to absorb nutrients from the blood!.
So it has a muscle building purpose and plus you might notice some quick gains in size of your muscles (if your measuring, not too visible)
Take it if you want, its a natural compound found in food!. It didn't do anything for me, but i have seen it work on other people!. It varies!. Get a small tub and see how it goes!.
Nothing wrong with it besides having to spend money on it!.

Creatine is a supplement for gaining muscle mass which is actually made naturally with in our body!. I've heard before that taking it can mess up how your body makes it naturally, but that's just hear say!. It is a good thing to take while lifting weights though, its kind of like adding more pistons to and engine except you are kinda like adding pistons to your muscles, super charging them to grow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Creatine is natural, found in your muscles as a source of energy!. Taking creatine will merely increase the amount of stored energy in your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It actually doesn't stimulate muscle growth but retains water in your muscles!. It does help slightly in training, but it does dehydrate if you take too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
