Question: I really want to gain weight!!?
im 13 years old 5'2 and i weigh 90 pounds!. i get tired of people saying i look like a pole!.!.my mom says that i should'nt worry about trying to gain weight but i want to!. i want to gain at least 20 pounds before march!. i also have a fast metabolism to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A person can be underweight due to inadequate intake of calories or some underlying illness!. Remember the following points to increase your weight -
? Have small frequent energy dense meals in the whole day!. Take at least 5-6 meals in a day!.
