How can I gain jogging tolerance for 2 miles?!


Question: How can I gain jogging tolerance for 2 miles!?
I am trying to gain a fast paced jogging tolerance so i can jog the 2 miles required to pass my PT (physical test) at the end of october, I already do exercise but for some reason I just get tired and out of breath jogging!. I really want to do great in my PT!. Any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
begin by jogging a mile, stopping and walking if you have to!. Then start jogging 2 miles, and stopping and walking if needed!.

You'll get better if you do this everyday!.
