I actually have a home gym and spiced it up some by a adding a plasma TV so I would spend more time in there!. I had a stereo in there and it wasn't quite enough to keep me interested!. So, I thought perhaps a TV would keep me in there more!. It seems to have worked and I am working out more!. I also have a pool and am still using that since it is still in the 90's here!.

Personally, I do (usually 3 times per week)
It is healthy to go up to fve times a week ( days in a row) in most cases, but be aware that it may cause injury if you are excessively straining yourself!. Do not attempt activity such as loose weights more than twice a week (ie!. leave 2 days rest from weights)Www@Answer-Health@Com
