Advice on gaining weight?!


Question: Advice on gaining weight!?
My friend is 18 and she's at 93lb
She loves to eat
she exercises and dances but has given that up over the summer because she can't gain weight
She wants bigger thighs and butt and whenever we go shopping, she shies away from buying new clothes because she thinks she can't fit into them

Now its affecting her self esteem!.
How can she gain weight safely!? she doesnt want pills or anything!. Her doctor just says to eat!.!.!.any advice on what she can eat!?

To gain weight and be healthy you need to consume more calories than you burn them every day from healthy, protein enriched, and nutritious foods and choose the right types of exercise!.

Exercise a little like mild weightlifting so as to feel hungry, to eat more balanced food and to develop muscle!.

Take tuna, salmon, flax and walnuts!. They contain healthy fats like omega-3!.

Take meat, fish, poultry, nuts, and legumes!. They contain protein!.
Take fruits, vegetables and whole grains!. They contain carbohydrates!.

so here are some points listed out of my health book!
1!. increase total caloric intake(increase portion size)
2!.increase complex carbs
3!.eat more frequently(snacks 2 hrs!. before meals)
4!.choose nurtient dense snack foods
5!. exercise!.!.!.this will build muscle and fat
