Natural ways to suppress appetite?!


Question: Natural ways to suppress appetite!?
Mint works temporarily, and I heard about drinking a whole lot of water before a meal and you will not eat as much and feel full quicker!.

I really need to cut down on all the food, without pills and such!.

What are some other Natural ways to lose your appetite!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

My method works on the same principle as the water loading, but I prefer to have a salad before every meal!. Thus, if I plan to eat 5 meals per day, I will make sure I have 5 salads!. Salads work much better than water, and they're extremely low calorie, assuming you use the salad dressings VERY sparingly!. I would recommend no more than one tablespoon of dressing!.

A huge bowl of salad by itself (no dressing) should contain no more than 50 calories but the beautiful thing about salad is that those 50 calories will feel like 300 calories in your stomach due to the actual bulk of the food!. Having had the salad, it is very unlikely that you will have space for much else!.

Water - The same toxin is released for hunger/thirst, so in a lot of cases where you feel hungry, that feeling can be put off by drinking!.
Protein - your body has to work hard to break down the amino chains in protein and as such delays the feeling of hunger!.
Rather than having 2-3 large meals each day, have 4-5 smaller meals (obviously this isn't surpressing your appetite) but it helps to keep weight off!.
Have liquid foods such as soup, it fills you up but is technically just a liquid and is extremely low in calories!.

Try to eat things high in fiber, they make you feel full longer!. Coffee works too if you are old enough and like the taste, but on't get carried away on it!. Why do you need to know!? My experience is that the less exercise you do the less you'll feel hungry!? But it sounds like you're up to something that you shouldn't be doing!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the comments about eating foods that are high in fiber or protein!. Either of those things make me full and stick with me longer than other foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
