Underweight seems to be causing health problems for me?!

Question: Underweight seems to be causing health problems for me!?
I am a 15 year old female who is 5'7" and 100 pounds!. I have always been skinny, but I've started to really pay attention this year!. At my physical for playing varsity soccer I was 104 lbs and I have lost four pounds since the season started!. I know this is really bad and I am worried!. I thought I would gain a little weight because I have developed a lot of leg muscle!.
It doesn't matter how many calories I eat in a day, I don't gain any weight (binge eating is especially bad for you in case any of you were going to suggest it)!. Two years ago, I use to drink these special weight gain drinks, but I didn't gain any extra weight!. I really like playing soccer, but it burns a lot of calories!.
Also since it has gotten chilly outside, I feel really cold alot!. I have a feeling this is because of my lack of fat!.
I'm really worried because of all the health problems related to being underweight!. I have not started my period yet either!. I have told my mom my worries and she just tells me to pack more for lunch!.
Is there any helpful advice out there for me!? Should I ask to see a doctor!? Or is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your body does lack the percentage fat that it needs!. You need at least 18!.5% body fat to be a normal functioning woman!. I would recommend eating more fish, nuts, olives, olive oil, legumes, beans, and grains to up your body fat percentage, while remaining healthy and not gaining too much weight!. Also focus on including more protein, which you could get from lean meats, like turkey!. This should help regulate your period and get you to feel a little warmer once the cold comes!.

Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you really do need to find a way to gain weight and exercise simultaneously

i'd say eat a LOT!. and eat stuff that makes you gain weight, not 100 sticks of celery or whatevWww@Answer-Health@Com
