Answers:
Your lunch is very healthy!. The only thing I would add is some cut up celery and carrots for more variety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The fat-free fruit snacks are empty calories!. They will cause your blood sugar to spike and then fall quickly!. I agree that you need to add some veggies in there to get more nutrition, but also because they'll low calorie and high fiber!. So they'll steady out your blood sugar and give you more energy throughout the afternoon!. You also need something from the dairy family because calcium is VERY important to kids because you lay the foundation for the health of your bones for the rest of your life right now!. Maybe a container of fat-free yogurt or a container of milk could sneak in there in place of the granola bar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are having too many carbs in your diet to make it a balanced, healthy diet!. I would skip the potato roll and replace it with whole wheat bread!. The peanut butter is okay as long as it doesn't have a lot of added sugar like you find from Jiff and Peter Pan Brands!. A fresh apple is better than dried apple slices!. I would replace either the fat-free snacks or the granola bar with a healthy salad or vegetable, especially one that is green!. Raw is best!. Also watch what you drink!? A coke can ruin that healthy meal is no time flat!. Opt for skim or low fast milk or sugarless tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get rid of the snack things and have 'real' food!. What's with dried apple slices - have a fresh one (though dried fruit is ok)!. Instead of the peanut butter have a handful of nuts!. And what is a potato roll!? Have a sandwich of meat, fish or cheese (something protein) and put salad on it (so you're getting more of your 5 a day), have fresh fruit, a little dried fruit or nuts!. Calories are overrated!.

Potato roll- healthy
peanut butter- healthy
apple slices- useless unless there fresh
fruit snacks- no health value at all
granola bar- unhealthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

You eat this everyday!? That must be boring!. Healthy!.!.!.but boring!Www@Answer-Health@Com
