Drinking 12 beers a night, but only 4 nights in a week, is that a healthy weight!
Question: Drinking 12 beers a night, but only 4 nights in a week, is that a healthy weight gainer !?
I guess the long term effects are bad, but I'm not really sure how drinking 12 light beers effect my body!.
I only drink Budweiser Select & Bud Light, because they are less filling!. It takes less beer to get a buzz, when your drinking strong beer!.
I just prefer drinking 12 bottles or cans of light beer, because I can enjoy it longer, and it never leaves my stomach feeling bloated!. Even after the 12th can/bottle !
Will drinking like this only cause weight increase !?

You will have to eat a meal every 2 to 4 hours in order to consume 5 to 6 sizeable meals per day!. Keep in mind that to create change there is always some level of discomfort!. To be comfortable is to stay the same!.
