What is a good healthy drink for a active 11 year old?!


Question: What is a good healthy drink for a active 11 year old!?
I Enjoy biking but not so much water! i don't know why but i don't like water that much( well maybe its because te stuff my dad buys is NASTY and BITTER) but what could i throw in a blender with these fruit!.!.!.!. Grapes, oranges, apples, bannans!?

I love the fruits but i don't like water so now can i get answers to my qestion!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water is the BEST thing for you hands down!. Honestly, if you don't like it, try adding some like fruit juice to it!.

But you can always blend all that fruit together with some ice cubes!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Putting apples and bananas in a blender will not make a drink; it would be too thick to drink from a bottle!.

A good healthy drink, then!? Maybe some not from concentrate apple or grape juice, or you can take some sweet orange juice and add it to water!. It should give it a mild orange flavor, which won't taste like orange juice or anything, but will cover up the bad taste of the water!.

And if anyone here says it, Gatorade, Powerade, and other sports drinks are no good!. They have lots of sugar, and lots of salt (which tends to make you thirstier!.)

Got a water cooler!? If you do, drink from that!.

You are an active person!. Having sugar makes you feel full, which makes you drink less!. And drinking less is not that good for your body!.

Fruit juices all have sugar in them!. Water doesn't!. Since water doesn't have sugar in it, then you can drink more water, which is good for you!. You'll know you're drinking enough water when your urine (pee) is clear or almost clear!.

PS: Cold water is refreshing!. It's almost delicious!. And it helps burn calories (burning calories makes you less fat)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
