Would i lose 2-3 lbs a week by doing so?!


Question: Would i lose 2-3 lbs a week by doing so!?
im curently 13 3/4 and way a little over 200

i eat between 1200-1600 a day!.
only lunch has carbs!.
i walk 2 hours a day and do 15 crunches and
curls-ups for every 2 hour for 8 hours!.

is this good and healthy for me !?Www@Answer-Health@Com
