Question: Should i do this!.!.!.!?(diet help)!?
i want to lose a couple of kilograms!.!.!.i want to try to!.!. not eat anything (just drink heaps of water & healthy snacks) for a couple of days!.!.!.
should i do this!?!? is it healthy or not!?!?
any help or tips!?!?

hey lol!.!.!.i was thinking of doing that but i found out its better to eat healthy meals than not eat anything!!
just eat healthy meals& healthy snacks & lots of water& exercise 30mins a day!!!.!.!.not eating anything will make u tired &!.!.u'r only 13 lol!.!.u'r still growing and its good u get the right food in u'r body!.!.lol!!!

This is absolutely not healthy!. NEVER try a liquid diet or a diet in which you are getting rid of any meals!. Instead, eat a healthy breakfast (it jump starts your metabolism,) of low-sugar cereal or oatmeal, have something with a lean protein like chicken or turkey for lunch, and another lean protein for dinner with lots of veggies!. For snacks have fruit and yogurt!. Cut out breads and soda and don't eat too many potatoes!. Do not skip meals!. Exercise by walking or jogging at least 2 times a week for 30 minutes, this will help you maintain any weight loss you have!. The key to weight loss is eating healthy because not only does it ensure you eat everything your body needs to be healthy, it helps you keep the weight off!. definitely not!. eat 3 meals a day, just make sure your eating healthier foods!. water is good though but the whole "not eating" diet definitely does not work!.
Your body has a metabolism which burns your calories for energy!. Some people have slow metabolisms or fast ones!. If you eat less, then your metabolism will slow, and you won't burn as much calories as you usually do because your receiving less calories!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
