2000 minimum!. Unless you have a very slow metabolism, 2000 if you're very active is not likely to be true!.
You're growing, remember your needs compared to an adult's can be around 1!.5 times what an adult would need so don't listen to the Recommended Daily Allowances for adults -- it won't suit you and you won't grow if you don't eat!. Eat until you're nearly full, then stop!. Always allow yourself to get hungry before you decide it's time to eat a meal!.

1800cals MINIMUM to maintain if ur sedentary and dont do anything if u run around and stuff aim for 2200cals a day to maintain weight to gain weight more like 2800cals and lose weight 1300calsWww@Answer-Health@Com
