for a quick fix e!.g!. to get into a dress for next week, reduce your calorie intake massively to 600 calories!.!.!.do some exercise daily as well and you'll lose weight!.
However, this is a very short-time solution as once you start eating normally the weight lost will be gained again!.

for a long term solution to weight loss it is all about having a life style change of what you eat and to do more excerise and the weight will stay off rather than yo-yo!

Ok stay with me on this one!.!. eat like F-ing crazy!.!. trust me on this one!.!. eat and eat and eat!. eat whatever you want just make sure you eat multiple times day (more than 4 or 5 times) trust me!.!. once your body realizes that it won't starve and it gets food when ever it wants your metabolism will speed up to help get rid of the excess sugar and stuff of that sort!. the less you eat the more you'll eventually gain!.!.!. if you start to eat less you'll have to eat that less or even less than that in order to keep that weight!. trust me on this one!.!. I went on a cruise not too long ago ate like crazy had ice cream probably about 4 or 5 times a day for a week straight had 2 breakfasts a day 3 lunches then had a hamburger and fries at 5:30 PM then ate dinner at 6 and had three courses then some more ice cream every day for a week straight and lost 9 poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com

reduce your reccomended calorie intake by 500 calories per day and exercise like crazy!!!!
do a lot of cardio, this includs:
running
jogging
swimming
soccer
basketball
dancing usually
power walking- and there are many many more
