Yes!.!.!.!.For a fast easy workout schedule go to http://www!.firsttimelifter!.com This is the workout I used in high school when I was wrestling!. This will help you lose weight if you stick with it!. It works almost every muscle in your body!. O and after you have all the information you need can you please click on an ad or youtube video cause a mans gotta eat! lol Good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you need to stop the "Diet Fuel and tablets!." These are very unhealthy and greatly increase your risk of serious health complications!. This is especially true for someone of your age!.

Realistically, to be successful at long-term weight loss it requires a complete lifestyle overhaul!. Sounds like you are already doing the exercise part but twice a day is probably too much!. Part of the exercise process is to give your body time to recover (usually 24 to 48 hours between exercise sessions)!. That doesn't mean you can't add in a moderate paced walk in there but if you don't allow for recovery time then you won't see any gains!.

Also, most professionals will tell you that to lose more than 2 - 2!.5 pounds per week is too fast and also unhealthy!. Assuming 2 pounds per week (sustained through the holidays) would put at somewhere between 24 and 28 pounds (puts you somewhere between 10 and 13 KG's)!. This would be an awesome start and put you just about where you want to be!.

The alternative that you are on now may be successful for a couple of weeks but more likely than not you will lose some and then gain back more as your system crashes (and that's if you are lucky enough not to have any health issues)!.

Good Luck! It can be done and it is always better to start sooner rather than later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
