try my diet this has really helped me!.
i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height!. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time!. ( i know the machines aren't that accurate)!.
My daily diet is ;
Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines!. (300 calories ish)
Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
Snack; will bar (213 calories)
Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories!. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles!.
Dessert; 250 calories!.!.maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea!.

You need to know you're height and activity level to work out your BMR!. However, to maintain weight you probably need about 2000 calories!. So, if you only consume 1500kcals you'll be good!. Only problem is that if you count calories you become obsessed and could develop an ED or comfort eat a lot!. I think you could hurt your emotional wellbeing if you're a sensitive sort of person!.
So, if that's not suitable for you!. It probably isn't if your parents don't like the thought of you losing body mass!.
Therefore, I think it would be best if you made your portion sizes smaller and planned activities so you didn't snack on chocolate out of boredom!. Don't skip breakfast and try not to eat past 6pm!. Avoid having pudding/desert/afters after a meal!. Try rice cakes and celery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have 5 small meals a day!. Sounds odd!? Your body stores more fat if you eat less often as it thinks that food is scarce!. You should consume about 1800 calories a day!. That's just a little less than the RDA for women!.

Do exercise about 4 times a week and get plenty of sleep!.

Also, find ways to boost your metabolism!. Eat hot foods, drink green tea and lift light weights once a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink water and exercise!. also eat healthy!. dont starve your self!. your body will go into starvation mode turning everything into fat and you will gain weight as soon as you come out of starvation mode!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
