Question: What should i do i have skipped a workout and feel guilty!?
i have skipped a workout i do because it was my birthday i work out three times a week so should i just workout 4 times a week next week!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are regularly working out, skipping a workout will not hurt you!. If however you want to train 4 times next week, that will be okay depending on exactly what it is you are doing!. Most likely it will be okay unless you are doing very intensive weight training or extremely high intensity training of another sort (eg sports training)!. If this is the case, you could jeopardize your recovery if you try to squeeze and extra one in next week!.

If you to workout 4 times next week and it works out well for you, why not add a 4th workout every week!? You will get better results from your fitness plan especially if you change around what you do a bit!. Vary it from workout to workout and week to week!.

Most important though is don't feel guilty if you just miss one session!. It is when you miss workouts regularly that you will compromise your fitness benefits!.

If I was in your situation I would just do a small version of your workout before the next weeks workouts begin and then continue on with the original workout plan!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
