What exercises would help me loss weight?!


Question: What exercises would help me loss weight!?
I am fat and i have a big breast!.I know a lot of girls would die to have a big breast but i am only 14 and I am a C!. Don't make fun of me!. I am really serious!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi dear!.!.!.!.!.yes, I understand your problem!. Breasts, as you know, are made up of fat!. If you are overweight, they, too, will gain fat!. You did not say how much you weigh nor how tall you are, but I will guess you are overweight!.

Anything you can do to work up a sweat!. You can walk really fast for enough time to begin sweating!. Then continue it for at least 15-30 minutes!. After a while you can work up to a jog or even run!. But that is not necessary!. As long as you work up a sweat!. The sweating is your body heating up!. You are then burning calories!. When you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight!. Remember to drink lots of water to replace the water you are losing so you do not get sick!.

The next thing is, do not eat more than 1500 calories per day!. You don't need it and anything more than that will rest as fat on your body!. Get a calorie book at WalMart (about $5!.00)!.!.!.!.keep track of everything you put into your mouth!. You will surprise yourself!!

You'll do yourself a big favor it you stop ALL fried foods!. That includes chips as well as fast foods, burgers, bacon, sausage etc!. Only baked, broiled or boiled!.

Fill up on tons of veggies!. Any kind you like!. Eat them by the can if you want!. They are good for you and will fill you up!. That includes fresh, frozen or canned!. Salads are wonderful!. Just watch those dressings! There are tons of hidden fats in those!. Fats and oils do nothing for your body except add fat!.

Add to this some crunches and push ups to develop those little used muscles that are just plan flabby!. They'll tighten up and make you look better as you lose the weight!.

Good news Carmen! Weight loss usually shows up first in the face and breasts!. If you're really not fit start out slowly!. Try walking!. Start at a comfortable pace and each day go a little faster and a little farther!. You're at an age where the weight will drop right off fairly easily!. Do, however, watch what you eat and drink!. Cut out the goodies and go for fresh fruit and whole grain breads!. By the way, C isn't so bad, that's what I am!. Show em' off honey, strut your stuff!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, how much do you weigh!? At 14, you are still quite young and your body is doing funny things hormonally!. When I was your age was the time I put on some weight!. Exercise daily, even if it's walking!. It will give you more energy at the least!. Don't be afraid to ask your councilor or gym coach for advice either!. Take careWww@Answer-Health@Com
