Whats the best way to kick start a diet?!


Question: Whats the best way to kick start a diet!?
i just need some hope to grab hold of to see me through this as its gonna be hard going!. last time i ate only fruit and vedge and didnt loose an ounce in 6 weeksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend the water option as someone else mentioned or if you dont like water put a drop of juice in it!. the liquid will fill you up

i know it sounds boring but rather than extreme diets just take out certain foods that you regulalry have I gave up chocolate for lent so for 6 weeks and now although i have it now and again i dont crave it like i used to try sweet alturnatives like honey when you want that chocolate bar!. good luck with it just make small changes which are manageable to stick to! Try drinking lots of cold water when you are thirsty, as this keeps you hydrated, and your body burns calories trying to warm up the water!. Don't eat just fruits and vegetables, be sure to consume food from all food groups!. Don't skip meals: whatever you do, eat at least 3 full meals a day!. I used to only eat 2 meals a day, and i was gaining so much weight!. I now eat 3 huge meals a day, and i notice the difference, I can fit into my pants so much easier!. Don't get too carried away with dieting, just take is slowly at first, and be sure to eat full meals with a variety of foods!. Also, be sure to stay active, and walk a lot!. You don't need to like go jogging, a simple walk now and then is plenty!. That's the best advice I can give!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
