Question about 6-pack abs?!

Question: Question about 6-pack abs!?
I've been losing fat recently and have got more or less a flat stomach!. I have been doing high reps weight training, cardio and my diet has been OKAY (not perfect, though)!. I have been starting to do regimented sit-ups/ leg curls/ crunches 5 times a week (3 sets of 50) after my weight training sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri) and on Weekends!. Do I need extra protein!? Will this help me to get defined/ visible abs!? I have been losing fat and still am (I am not 2 fat, 18 yrs and 70 kg, with muscle)!. I know the best way for abs is to lose fat but I think im at the stage where I should build ab muscle/definition!. How should I go about that!? Routine wise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're on a pretty good course so keep going!.
The only thing is that if you can do a set of 50 repetitions, you're not doing your exercise properly!. You should achieve fatigue after 15-20 reps so try doing your exercises more slowly or add some weight for extra resistance!.

And building muscle "definition" is a myth!. Think about it- what is definition!? I suppose you're referring to that you can see your muscles!. And for that there are two ways- working out with weights (in this case, bodyweight) and decreasing bodyfat and you're already doing both of those!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, there is no information how long have you been in training!. And You don't define as well what is 'okay ' diet You mean!.
Anyway, six packs is a combination of good aerobic training with some conditionings in your core body front and back!.
In fitness regimen, if you are a beginner what You should expect is not directly six packs but total body conditioning which doesn't really give you a particular muscle performance but only a good base or preparation for the tendon of your muscle and bones and ligaments to receive the next phase of heavier training load!. On its own, six pack will come as a surplus!.
But also you can target your six pack, this is to say you must try harder rather than gaining it normally by the time!.

if Your target is getting the Six Packs now, then you have to be really hard in dieting, mix the combination between aerobics excercise and weight lifting in general, while giving attention to the core body!.
Take one stop exercise free weight style like push up, pull up or dipping!. Thats will give you great abs without exhausting You!.

trust me, in the beginning you can forget over crunches like 50 reps/set!. get a heavier loading ( if you have abs machine) and just do it 5 reps/set!.

At the end, with abs, diet is the key!. Take a regular normal eating style!. You are Young, most of foods are fueling your brain most likely, so you need a lot of supply of food!. Extra protein will be ok!. But overloading it just resulting a high concentraition of potein in liver will just make you easily get tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
