Please Teach Me how to do Concentration curl?!


Question: Please Teach Me how to do Concentration curl!?
I did it before, but i do not know whether i am doing it right!.
I am a beginner, age 15!.
I am now lifting a 5!.5kg dumbbell!.
How much rep and set should i do!?

When i have reached rep 15++ my arm cannot afford to curl anymore but i still dont feel like enough!. (Like i didnt do any curl)!. I used my back to support the weight when i have no more energy, will this stunt my growth!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to tone your muscles you do less amount of reps and more sets!. if you want to gain muscle then you want more sets than reps i would recommened 3 sets of 20 reps, this may seem a little hard but this is what you should do!. start writing it down and on each arm write down how many reps you could do in the 1st set, that have a 30 sec break, then write down how many for the 2nd and 3rd!. dont be too dissapointed a beginner will look something like this

1st set : 20 reps
2nd set: 10 reps
3rd set: 5 reps

you should be able to get 20 reps in the first set if not the weight is too heavy!. you want muscular endurance not muslular power, for gaining mucle after a week of say 20, 10, 5 then go 1 up!.!.!.20,11,6 and so on!.


dont have too much break in the middle you want to tear the mucsle and you dont want to create venus pooling!. its when ur body has too much of a break and your energy system fully restors itself before the 2nd rep, you will not gainmucles this way u will only tone your muscle( make it more clearer) drink lots of milk, and meat anything with protein!. you will feel a burn in your arm sooner or later this is called lactic acid, once you feel that burn try to do 3 more or something like that it will hurt alot but its good for you haha!. before you do weight try to eat charbohydrates this will give u longer lasting energy for lifting weights!.

a concentration curl wont stunt your growth nessesserily but weights in general if you start young like 15 and havent fully developed yet will!.

also consistinsy is the key, do it every 2nd day or work other parts of the body on diffrent days while other body parts are resting and recovering, doing 100 1 day instead of 20 a day for a week wont do anything!. make sure you do it every day or second day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
